At 5:30 p.m., the primary items on the agenda are Public Hearings on the Draft 2025 Operating and Capital Budget, Property Tax Levy and IDD Tax Levy as well as a Public Hearing on Resolution 830-24 Amending the Port of Port Townsend’s Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements to Incorporate Acquisition of the Owen Property at the JCIA and the Capital Projects Described in the 2025 Operating & Capital Budget. Regular business items include: Discussion of 2025 Rate Cards, a Boat Haven Lease Assignment & Assumption with Dive Tech, Inc. d/b/a Octopus Gardens Diving / Yackel Scuba Services, LLC, Project Update on the Sims Way and Boat Yard Expansion, and Decision on Rescheduling the December 11 Meeting to December 9.
