Point Hudson Marina & RV Park (Marina Closure)

On January 17 at 10 a.m., we will open our reservation system for the 2023 Season

Point Hudson is located just beyond the end of Water Street at the northeast corner of Port Townsend’s commercial district.  Home to the Northwest Maritime Center, and the organization’s annual Wooden Boat Festival, Point Hudson has 32 slips, 800′ of linear docks, an RV park with 48 spots, and several marine trades businesses ready to serve you. This former Coast Guard station is within easy walking distance of the many fine dining, lodging and shopping opportunities that Port Townsend has to offer.

Point Hudson has a stunning waterfront RV park with 46 full hook-up sites and two sites without hook-up.  Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome. The RV park is located adjacent to the shore just to the east of the Point Hudson Marina.  During your stay, you will be able to enjoy long walks from your doorstep to the historic lighthouse at Point Wilson, where the world’s shipping enters the Puget Sound by way of Admiralty Inlet.  If you are also bringing a boat or planning to use one of the local seafaring businesses in Port Townsend, this is the most convenient base for your adventures.  Check-in time:  1:00 PM, Check-out time:  Noon.

Point Hudson Marina offers 32 slips with 800′ of linear docks.  Electricity and potable water is available.  There is a pump-out at the east end of the south linear dock. Slip sizes range from 32-70 feet. A privately-owned maintenance facility is located at the head of marina basin with travel lift. Transient moorage slots vary, with advance reservations taken for vessels up to 70′ LOA. Vehicle and trailer parking space is available one block away.  Check-in time:  1:00 PM, Check-out time:  Noon.


While you are here, you will be only a short stroll from the many world-class restaurants in town, as well as the activities and shops that make this the destination of choice for people from all over the world.  The relaxed pace of life here, coupled with our ideal location, make this one of the most desirable RV parks in the Northwest.

For your convenience,  access-controlled guest shower, toilet and laundry facilities are located on the property.  Wi-Fi and cable are available for a fee and Direct TV is accessible (click here for instructions).  Beach fires and campfires are not allowed within Port Townsend’s city limits or on Port of Port Townsend properties.

Facilities to Rent

Point Hudson also offers meeting rooms and multi-purpose facilities for parties, classes, reunions, seminars and other activities.  With their views of the Admiralty Inlet and the marina’s harbor, we would like to invite you to explore this unique opportunity for your events.  Event planners, outside caterers, and do-it-yourselfers are all more than welcome!  Call 360-385-2828 for more information.

For Your Safety:

  • Point Hudson Marina & RV Park office will be closed to public access. Guest registration/payments may be made using the walk-up window during business hours, or by using the iron ranger located in the breezeway outside the Office at 103 Hudson Street in Port Townsend.  Reservations and payments may also be made via credit card by calling either 360-385-2828  during business hours (Mon-Sat:  8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
  • Changes in policy and procedure that apply to the Point Hudson RV Park can be found in the E.O. 2020-03 and E.O. 2020-06 and E.O. 2020-07.
  • Restrooms are open to Moorage tenants/guests and RV park guests, but remain closed to the public.
