The Agenda and Meeting Materials for the Public Workshop & Regular Meeting of the Port Commission on April 9 have been posted. The Port Commission has two meetings scheduled for Wednesday, April 9.

The 9:30 a.m. workshop agenda topics are the Short Farm Public Access Plan and Review of the Capital Reserve Model.

At 1:00 p.m., meeting topics on the Consent Agenda are approval of Workshop, Business Meeting, and Retreat Minutes, Approval of Warrants, Authorization of a Lease with Commanders Beach House, Resolution 840-25 Adopting Objectives to Guide an Update to the Port’s Strategic Plan; Adopting a Process and Schedule for the Planning Effort, and Authorizing the Establishment of a Strategic Plan Review Committee to Help Update the Plan, and Resolution 841-25 Authorizing Sale of Vessels Legz and Jeffery G.

Under Regular Business are:  Harbormaster Report and the February 2025 Year to Date Financials
