Mariners' Memorial

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Mariner's Memorial Fund. Funds shall be used solely for expenditures directly related to the Mariners' Memorial project site at the Point Hudson Breakwater Walkway to honor and remember residents of Jefferson County who were lost at sea. Costs include but are not limited to design, materials acquisition, installation and maintenance of the memorial. The Port has budgeted $100,000 to the Mariners’ Memorial in support of the design, permitting (if any) and installation costs. The Port has committed $50,000 to match $50,000 in donations towards the Memorial.
