At 9:30 a.m., workshop topics are Strategic Plan Process and Timeline, Short Farm Update, and Comprehensive Repair & Maintenance Program (10 year USACE maintenance permit), and Public Comment
At 1:00 p.m., the items on the agenda are Continued Public Hearings on the Draft 2025 Operating and Capital Budget, Property Tax Levy and IDD Tax Levy as well as a Public Hearing on Resolution 830-24 Amending the Port of Port Townsend’s Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements to Incorporate Acquisition of the Owen Property at the JCIA and the Capital Projects Described in the 2025 Operating & Capital Budget. A third Public Hearing is on Resolution 831-24 Relating to Updating Public Records Fees. Regular business items are: Resolution 832-24 Authorizing the Executive Director of the Port of Port Townsend or Designee to file a Sub-Application for a Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Program (BRIC) Grant for the Sea Level Rise Project, a Discussion of 2025 Rate Cards, 2025 Legislative Agenda/Priorities, Harbormaster Report, and December meeting scheduling.
