Camplife FAQs

  • The Port regularly works to enhance customer service and has recently found a reservation platform that will serve customers more efficiently by providing a more seamless service, easier to understand invoicing, and overall improved customer experience.
  • CampLife is a platform used successfully across the country in all 50 states in the U.S. as well as Canada.
  • Customers can login to their own account to book reservations at the Port’s Point Hudson Marina and RV Park as well as modify existing reservations without having to contact a Port staff member to do so! You can set up your own CampLife account by going to camplife.com
  • In fact, prior to the Port opening RV park, and Marina reservations for 2024, customers can create their own CampLife account so when opening day comes that is one less step they’ll have to take! https://www.camplife.com
  • CampLife is also capable of recurring billing for building tenants and regular moorage, so we’ll be able to use this for everyone at Point Hudson.
  • We’re planning to get the reservation system for the RV PARK open by JANUARY 23, 2024 for transient reservations, and the reservation system for the MARINA is scheduled to open FEBRUARY 8, 2024. Both are for 2024 reservations only.
  • Tenants should expect to see billing from CampLife no later than March.
  • The Port is starting this at just one location, Point Hudson, which is the most active reservation location, but if proven successful, we will consider implementing it at our other locations.
  • We will update this FAQ as we delve further into bringing CampLife online. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
