Construction on a new underground force main will begin at Boat Haven, starting Tuesday, June 10, 2025. The force main is a component of the new stormwater treatment system currently under construction in the southeast quadrant of the boatyard.
During construction, traffic in the area will be managed according to the contractor’s traffic control. Drivers and pedestrians are asked to use caution, follow all posted signage, and adhere to flagger instructions to ensure safety and minimize disruption.
The Port of Port Townsend appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation during this important infrastructure improvement.
