COVID-19 Pandemic Response
Due to Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 21-14 requiring lessors to the State to complete a COVID-19 vaccination verification for staff and contractors who enter State leased premises to provide services after October 18, 2021; and because the Governor’s proclamation requires, as a condition of continued tenancy, the Port to establish a COVID-19 vaccination verification plan as it relates to Port personnel and subcontractors who may engage in contract activities on-site at the State leased premises; and because the Port owns a building addressed as 375 Hudson Place that is leased primarily for use by Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife, the Port is compelled to comply with Proclamation 21-14.
