At 9:30 a.m., the Commission will discuss Boat Haven Marina Plan/ C&D Dock Funding Plan, Short’s Farm Planning, Future IDD Levy Project List Development, and Boat Haven Garbage.

At 1:00 p.m., Regular Business Items on the consent agenda are:  Resolution 882-26 – Authorizing Sale of Vessel Isabella (Crews), Authorization of Perpetual Boatworks, Boat Haven Land and Building Lease, 2027 Amended Budget Schedule and Process, and Authorization of Puget Sound Express, Inc., d/b/a MV Puget Sound Express – Point Hudson Building Lease.

Regular Business Discussion topics are:  Harbormaster Report, June Year to Date 2026 Financials, 2027 Budget – Discuss 2027 Budget initiatives, issues, goals & assumptions, First Draft of 2027 Proposed Rates and Fees, Draft Five-Year 2027-2031 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and Economic Development.
