The Agenda and Meeting Materials for the Public Workshop & Regular Meeting of the Port Commission on October 9 have been posted. The Port Commission has two meetings scheduled for Wednesday, October 9.
The 9:30 a.m. workshop agenda topic is Rate Policies Boat Haven Guest Monthly Moorage.
At 1:00 p.m., meeting topics are: Aero Museum Lease Amendment and Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the PSA with AHBL for the JCIA Rural Light Industrial Park project on the Consent Agenda. Under Regular Business are: 2nd Draft of 2025 Budget with CIP and Proposed Rates, Harbormaster Report, and Authorization to Purchase Two New Shipping Containers to Provide Current Storage Tenants an Option for Relocation from the Spaces Currently Occupied in the Admiral Ship Supply Building. Informational items include: Rules Amendment Title 4.04 Moorage Rates for Limited Access and Undesirable Moorage and Clarifying Commercial Passenger Fees and a Lease/Contract Update.
