The 9:30 a.m. workshop agenda items are: Quarterly Capital Project Update and Commissioner Roundtable
At 1:00 p.m., meeting topics include: Waitlist Updates including amended Rates, New 300T Travelift, YTD January 2024 Financial Report, and Harbormaster Report.
