New Software Training Next Week – March 19-22
You may have heard that the Port is transitioning to a new marina management software. This software will help us improve the customer experience!
The Port will be transitioning to the new software over the next several weeks, but we are training staff on it next week!
What does this mean for you?
We are asking for your patience next week as Port staff attends training on the new software. The Boat Haven Yard & Moorage Office and the Point Hudson Moorage Office will be open, however, staffing will be minimal.
It’s still business as usual, but in case you see a back up or it takes a bit longer for us to answer the phone, we want you to know why.
