NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port Commission of the Port of Port Townsend will participate in a special meeting – executive session only — on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, beginning at 4:00 p.m.

AGENDA

Executive Session to discuss with legal counsel representing the Port litigation or potential litigation – RCW 42.30.110(1)(i).

It is estimated that this session will last approximately 1 hour, with no action to be taken.
