The Agenda and Meeting Materials for the Public Workshop & Regular Meeting of the Port Commission on August 9, 2023, have been posted. The Port Commission has two meetings scheduled for Wednesday, August 9.
The 9:30 a.m. workshop agenda items are: 2024 Budget Discussion (Potential and Known Issues, 5-Year Capital Improvement Program, Goals and Assumptions), Herb Beck Marina Update, Short Family Farm Update, and WPPA Governance and Management Guide – Chapter 5 Port Operations.
At 1:00 p.m., meeting topics include: Consent Agenda Resolutions for Warrant Cancellation, Reid Middleton Contract Amendment regarding Gardiner Boat Ramp, and SCJ Alliance Contract Amendment for Sims Way Gateway Plan Implementation and Boat Yard Expansion. Regular Business Items are: Year-to-Date June 2023 Financial Report, Quarter 2 Report of 2023 IDD Levy Project Funding, Point Hudson Jetty Update, and Follow up on Quilcene Report from Morning Workshop.
