Join Port of Port Townsend’s Environmental Compliance Officer Al Cairns for a one hour presentation on what it takes to keep a boatyard clean and in compliance with state and federal pollution prevention regulations.
Attendees will learn about the General Boatyard Permit and how it impacts operations at boatyards in Washington – including the Port of Port Townsend’s – and those Best Management Practices expected of marine trade tenants, independent contractors and do-it-yourself customers.
