The 9:30 a.m. workshop agenda items are: 2025 Budget – Discuss Tax Levies with Jefferson County Assessor, 2025 Five-Year Capital Improvement Project Review, Port Electrification Strategy Discussion, and Public Comment.
At 1:00 p.m., meeting topics are: Hood Canal Aviation LLC/James Piper Lease Assignment & Assumption, Authorization of Amendment 2 to Mott MacDonald Boat Haven Breakwater Repair Agreement, Resolution 824-24 Vessel Auction Raggedy Ann, Ratify a Purchase and Sale Agreement for Approximately 3.42 Acres of Vacant Land South of JCIA using Industrial Development District Levy Funds of $250,000 plus Closing Costs, Authorize Accepting the Completion of the Point Hudson Breakwater Construction Project, 2024 July YTD Financials, Harbormaster Report, Ratify Collective Bargaining Agreement with Teamsters Local 589, Hangar Pad Site #6 Discussion, and Resolution 823-24 PIF Grant Application for Acquisition and Development of Proposal for Access to JCIA Light Industrial Park. Informational Items include Rule Amendments for Title 10 JCIA and Title 8 RV Park, US Army Corps of Engineers Entrance Channel and Small Boat Basin Drawings, Lease Update, 2023 State Financial Audit Reports, and Commission Calendar.
