ACCEPTING IDEAS AND PROPOSALS! 
For decades, the building located at 103 Hudson Street, was home to the Point Hudson Moorage & RV office. After a beautiful remodel of the historic Cupola House, recently completed by the Port’s maintenance crew, the Moorage & RV office has relocated to their new office at 380 Jefferson Street.
The now vacant building, approximately 375 square feet (25’ x 15’), is located on the southern end of the small pier, with a building similar in size located across the breezeway to the north, which is currently occupied by the Port.
We are accepting ideas and proposals on what type of business might be a good fit. The building is approximately 25’ x 15’. Broadband Wi-Fi through PUD or Internet through CenturyLink are both available at the location. The building has heating and air conditioning, but no plumbing. Restroom facilities are nearby.
