All are invited to a Beach Walk led by the Northwest Straits Foundation at 1:00 pm on January 29, starting in the parking area by the Quilcene Harbor Yacht Club to discuss beach restoration and nature-based solutions. During the walk, overall project feasibility and restoration and enhancement project options will be discussed. As of this writing, no definitive project or program has been designed and developed. Please note: a separate community meeting will likely be held in early February to discuss progress on the Launch Ramp Replacement and Campground Restoration projects, and to solicit community feedback on preliminary designs.
