Lease-Option Basics:   50-year land leases. A three-month security deposit, rent and $2M Comprehensive General Liability are due at Lease inception. Rent is determined by Port of Port Townsend published JCIA Land Lease rate at time of Lease inception (2024 published rate is $0.07/sf).

Pad Site #2:  17,875 sf (325’ x 55’)

Pad Site #3:  12,375 sf (225’ x 55’
