Upcoming Boat Haven Pavement Repair on Washington Street
Lakeside Industries is slated to repair pavement at three (3) locations at the Boat Haven beginning Tuesday May 31, 2022, weather permitting. The work should be completed by Friday, June 3. Select parking spots along the marina frontage (Washington Street) and in the main parking lot near the boat launch will be unavailable that week. Please be on the lookout for the temporary no-parking signs designating which spots are unavailable that week. Also be attentive to traffic control during construction and drive slowly at the repair locations—there may be temporary dips in the road surface until paving takes place near the end of the week.
The repair work will occur in the parking lot adjacent to the marina between A and B docks, at drainage inlet between C and D docks, and at the 75-ton haul-out location. (See aerial photo linked below; locations are indicated with yellow markers.)
Pedestrian access to the marina will remain open during construction. Business access will also remain open during construction.
