In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act (RCW 42.30), notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Commissioners of the Port of Port Townsend may attend the Port Townsend Marine Trades Association (PTMTA) annual membership meeting on Monday, November 30th at 6PM via ZOOM.  The PTMTA meeting is open to the public via Zoom, details to follow.

Dear PTMTA Members and our Maritime Community,

Due to major disruption of our meeting earlier this week, we have rescheduled. Please mark your calendars now and join us on November 30th! We value your voice and this meeting is for you.

The PTMTA Annual Meeting: Monday November 30th at 6PM.
Where: ZOOM

Your team, staff, and families are encouraged to join too.
It is easy and can be attended by phone if you prefer not using the computer for it.

Our Agenda includes PTMTA board & membership discussion, guest speakers, nominations for the board, and…PIZZA. Yes, Zoom & Pizza “ZOOR Prizes”!

We will be sending out your INVITATION TO REGISTER for the event next week. (see below email schedule)
When you register, Zoom will send you a confirmation email with the link to join the meeting.
We are using this process to reduce the possibility of outsiders disrupting the meeting again.

The basic agenda will remain the same but I will send you refreshed copies closer to the event.
