The first draft of the 2016-2021 Capital Repair and Replacement Plan is now available for review.
The plan focuses exclusively on planning and financing the repair, renovation and replacement of existing Port facilities. The object of the Plan is to inventory, survey, and assess all the Port’s principal infrastructure systems and buildings, identify deficient conditions, accurately estimate the cost to correct each deficiency, and outline a realistic plan of finance to fund the necessary capital repair and replacement costs.
