Rent is $1,565.48 + $201.01 Leasehold Tax, for a total of $1,766.49. A stormwater fee will be added to the rent. Power, water, garbage, utilities are not included in the rent. Rent will be subject to an annual CPI-U increase. A one-month deposit is required, along with $1M Comprehensive General Liability Insurance.
