The Port of Port Townsend is seeking qualified candidates for this position.  The Customer Service Representative (CSR) reports to the Harbormaster and is responsible for customer service duties at the port’s marinas and boat yard.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred; a minimum of 2-years’ experience in customer service and cash handling. Knowledge of MS software is necessary, and knowledge of the Port’s facilities, boating and related maritime activities is a plus.

This is a fulltime, represented position with a starting pay range of $27.51-29.18 per hour (DOE/DOQ), with full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance and vacation, sick, and holiday pay). Full time weekly schedule will include weekends and occasional over-time.
