NOTICE OF SEALED BID AUCTION
Pursuant to Resolution 799-23, the following item will be sold by sealed bid auction:
Satellite shed (used), 24’ wide by 30’ long and 24’ high, as-is, where-is, no warranty, bidder responsible for relocation
All interested bidders must submit a check in the amount of the bidder’s final bid, made payable to “Port of Port Townsend”, in a sealed envelope addressed to Joanna Sanders and marked “sealed bid – satellite shed” on the outside of the envelope. Sealed envelopes must be delivered to Joanna Sanders by 12:00 Noon on October 31, 2023 at 2701 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend.
Sealed envelopes will be opened shortly after 12:00 Noon on October 31, 2023 at 2701 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend. Only the highest bidder’s check will be negotiated. All other bidders’ checks will be returned.
The winning bidder will be responsible for relocating the shelter from the maintenance yard by November 10th. Please coordinate removal with Chris Sparks.
