While our offices may be closed, and our open public Port Commission meetings may only be accessible remotely* through ZOOM, we welcome your comments – now more than ever.
If you have a question or comment for the Port and/or the Commission, please submit it by emailing info@portofpt.com or calling (360) 385-0656. You may also drop a note in the mail (POB 1180, Port Townsend, WA 98368).
We will gather all public comments a couple of hours before our next public meeting, and post them with the agenda for that meeting.
You may also comment during the meeting. If you access the meeting via your laptop/tablet or using the Zoom app on a smart phone, you can watch and listen through your device’s speakers. Should you wish to speak during the Public Comments part of the meeting, and have not yet sent in comments, click “Participants” at the bottom of your screen, then click “Raise Hand.” (Note: If you are using an iPad, touch your screen to bring up the menu. Click the three dots that says “More” in the upper right-hand corner. Then click “Raise Hand.”) Comments will be heard in the order in which they are received, or you can type in your comment and it will be read aloud by the meeting Host.
