The City of Port Townsend began the Water Street Enhancement Project today, and they will be using a portion of the “back forty” at Point Hudson as a staging area.
The map below (click on the image for a larger view) outlines the area of use which is on the northeast area of the property off Jackson Street before Jackson turns into Hudson Place. This area will be fenced off with contractor (and appropriate staff) access only.
Please be aware of your surroundings during this time, and expect increases traffic flow as the project continues.
