Prospective bidders are invited to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit on either February 10, 2026 at 10:30am PST or February 12, 2026 at 1:30pm at the Pavilion Building (355 Hudson Street, Port Townsend, WA 98368) as stipulated in the advertisement for bids.
The pre-bid conference/site visits are meant to provide time for prospective bidders to inspect conditions not normally visible from the street for selected buildings (e.g., attic and selected roof conditions). Point Hudson Marina and RV Park is open year-round for prospective bidders to observe building conditions from the ground or street level. Prospective bidders may elect to attend none or both sessions if desired. There will be no virtual or call-in meeting options for either pre-bid session.
