Port Townsend loves Halloween, and we have some Port employees who really know how to get into the spirit of the holiday!

A reminder that Port Townsend’s Main Street program is sponoring its 20th Annual Downtown Trick or Treat  & Costume Parade, for Kindergarten through 6th Graders.

The Port Townsend Main Street Promotion Committee invites pre-school through 6th-graders and their parents to assemble at the Bank of America Plaza at 3:45 pm to get ready for the 20th Annual Main Street Downtown Trick or Treat and Costume Parade. The Main Street Witches will lead off the parade, along with the 4-H STEM Club’s Kinetic Dragon and the Batmobile. The parade leaves at 4 pm proceeding towards Quimper Mercantile Plaza, and the children trick or treat on the way back.

Water Street and side streets from Madison to Polk will be closed to traffic from 3:30pm to 5:30pm for public safety at this event. Approximately 1,500 to 2,000 people attend this event.
